How do I get a refund on an item I won from the Rewards Store? It was shipped by Best Buy.

  • If you have any problems with the item, please speak with a Best Buy associate in-store, or by phone at: 1-888-237-8289
  • Your purchase is covered by Best Buy's policies found at, which allow you to return or exchange the item within 15 days from the date it's delivered
  • Items cannot be returned for cash or store credit. If you wish to get a refund of the credits/Ink used for the item you may return the item to Best Buy. Once Best Buy confirms the return to Listia, your credits/Ink will be refunded to you.
