Once a listing has ended, Points are transferred to the seller from the buyer in various ways. The Point status indicated on the listing page can be in the following states:
Points are held in escrow until the listing transaction is complete. The seller does not receive Points from the buyer until a specified time has passed or the buyer has stated that they have received the item. Read more here.
Points have been issued to the seller from the buyer.
Points were issued back to the buyer after a dispute was filed or a refund request was approved.
In rare cases when a dispute is filed and no clear decision can be made, Points will be in the settled state where both seller and buyer receive their Points.
