If you've purchased a shipping label on Listia that you do not intend to use, then you may request to receive a refund. The refund process may take a couple of weeks, as the USPS needs time to make sure that the label has not already been used.
To request a refund, please contact Listia Support with information about your label and include the auction link. From there, we'll initiate a refund request with USPS, and we will refund your payment card once the refund is successful.
While you are awaiting your refund, we encourage you to find alternate means to ship your item, as we currently only allow one shipping label to be purchased for each listing.
