Paying for items you’ve won or purchased

When to Pay

Providing payment depends on how you’ve won the item:

1. For Get It Now (GIN), payment is required at the time of winning
2. For auctions ending with high bids, payment is due within 3 days
   • Until payment has been provided, the seller is unable to receive your delivery information and therefore won’t be able to send your items.
   • Once 3 days have passed, the seller has the option of continuing to wait for your payment or canceling the transaction. Canceled transactions will negatively affect your ability to place future bids, and repeated non-payment may result in account suspensions.

Payment Methods

Items you’ve won on Listia can be paid for in a few ways:

1. Points
2. Ink
3. Credits (deprecated)
4. Debit or credit card

Listia credits then Ink are always applied first as we migrate completely over to Points. Any amount due will be converted to dollars at the current exchange rate before additional payment methods are applied.
