How do I get a refund on an item I won from the Rewards Store that was shipped from Best Buy?

  • If you have any problems with the item, please speak with a Best Buy associate in-store, or by phone at: 1-888-237-8289
  • Your purchase is covered by Best Buy's policies found at www.BestBuy.com/returns, which allow you to return or exchange the item within 15 days from the date it's delivered
  • Items cannot be returned for cash or store credit. If you wish to get a refund of the Ink or Points used for the item you may return the item to Best Buy. Once Best Buy confirms the return to Listia, your transaction will be refunded.
