Provide A Verified Shipping Address: Once a listing ends, you should provide the seller with your stored Listia verified address and payment (if applicable) within 7 days. Make sure you take the time to double check your address for correctness. If you need to edit a stored address (e.g. missing zip code, street number, etc), you can do so here: https://www.listia.com/account/addresses
Shipping Payment Method: If the item is going to be shipped to you, one of the following shipping options should apply:
- Free Shipping - No shipping fee required
- Exact Rate - Shipping fee will vary depending on your location. Ask the seller how much your fee will be.
- Flat Rate - Shipping fee is the same regardless of where you are located (domestic addresses only)
To send payment we suggest using PayPal. PayPal is an easy, safe way to pay for shipping, but remember not to use the “gift” option, always choose “goods and services.” (You can contact PayPal to recover shipping money in case there is a problem, but not if you choose the "gift" or "personal payment" option).
Avoid other payment methods such as sending cash, checks, money orders and wire transfers. These types of payments are extremely hard to recover in case there is a problem, and Listia is unable to help recover shipping payments. If you must send payment by mail, make sure you have evidence of payment.
