The buyer improperly sent me their shipping address as a message. What should I do?

If you receive an buyer's address through a message instead of through the site's verified address system on the auction page (stating that they couldn't get their address verified for some reason), you should not ship the item yet and contact Listia instead. You should only send items to an address that has been verified by Listia. If the buyer can’t save their address as a verified address, it is usually for a good reason, and we would hate for you to send out your item to an address that may not be protected by Listia Assurance.
