How do I get a refund on an item I won from the Rewards Store that was shipped from Walmart?

  • If you have any problems with the item, please speak with a Walmart associate in-store, or by phone at: 800-925-6278
  • Your purchase is covered by Walmart's policies, which typically allow you to return or exchange items ranging from 15-90 days after the delivery date, depending on the item
  • Items cannot be returned for cash or store credit. If you wish to get a refund of the Ink or Points used for the item, you may return the item to Walmart. Once Walmart confirms the return to Listia, your transaction will be refunded.
