What does the Best Buy logo mean on an auction in the Rewards Store?

When you purchase items displaying the Best Buy logo it means Listia will process your order, but Best Buy will ship the item directly to you.

At this time, Best Buy is able to ship rewards items to any city within the 50 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Unfortunately this excludes Puerto Rico.

Before your item ships:

  • Your shipping address needs to be submitted and approved before an order can be confirmed
  • We'll notify you by email as soon as your order is confirmed
  • On occasion and by the time the auction ends, items may become unavailable. If this occurs, Listia will notify you right away

After you receive your item:

  • If you have any problems with the item, please speak with a Best Buy associate in-store, or by phone at: 1-888-237-8289
  • Your purchase is covered by Best Buy's policies, which allow you to return or exchange most items within 15 days from the date it's delivered
  • Select items have a 15% restocking fee
