Why can’t I leave feedback?

You can typically leave feedback for your transaction once the item has been received. Other situations where feedback is allowed are detailed below:

Leaving feedback for your seller

  • You have marked the item as received, OR
  • The seller has offered you a refund, OR
  • Your dispute has been resolved by an admin

Leaving feedback for your buyer

  • Your buyer has marked the item as received or left feedback, OR
  • You have refunded your buyer, OR
  • Your dispute has been resolved by an admin, OR
  • You have sent the item and the listing has been closed for at least 20 days

Exception

  • Feedback cannot be left while there is a pending dispute
  • Feedback cannot be left for canceled transactions
