You can typically leave feedback for your transaction once the item has been received. Other situations where feedback is allowed are detailed below:
Leaving feedback for your seller
- You have marked the item as received, OR
- The seller has offered you a refund, OR
- Your dispute has been resolved by an admin
Leaving feedback for your buyer
- Your buyer has marked the item as received or left feedback, OR
- You have refunded your buyer, OR
- Your dispute has been resolved by an admin, OR
- You have sent the item and the listing has been closed for at least 20 days
Exception
- Feedback cannot be left while there is a pending dispute
- Feedback cannot be left for canceled transactions
