The buyer hasn’t sent their verified shipping address, so what should I do?

The buyer must provide their verified shipping address using our address tool within 4 days of providing payment. You’re protected by Listia Assurance, which states that a seller will receive the amount of Points the listing ended for, if the buyer doesn't communicate with the seller by providing their address within the specified timeframe. Please understand that in some rare cases, addresses may need to be formatted manually by the Listia Member Support team, and the buyer may be waiting for that to happen. If the buyer is telling you that this is being done (usually only takes a day or two), please allow them some additional time to get their address set properly.
